I suppose, I am not really surprised.....
1. The completion of LEKAS Highway has certainly meant travelling to KL is no longer a drag. In fact, I prefer to drive on LEKAS due to the high carriageway quality of construction.
2. Apart from driving comfort, it also means Senawang (on THIS side of Seremban) is more accessible from KL. In fact, if one is travelling from East of KL (Ampang, Cheras, Gombak, Kg Pandan) side it is more logical to take LEKAS Highway.
3. Homes here are more affordable.......I have a detached house on an almost 10K piece of freehold land......up on a hill....overlooking interrupted views.....and still the value of my house is (I think) not exceeding RM500K! What great value......
