Senawang Specialist Hospital

There is a new private hospital in Seremban and it is right smack in Lavender Heights!

It's great to have a hospital within a stone throw from one's house. It's a case for peace of mind. Whether you patronize the hospital or not, is another case altogether.

Honestly, I have found this hospital wanting; or rather the service wanting. For a start I don't like the lobby design. I think it's rather not friendly and the interior deco lacks character and pleasantness. It's new and clean; but it lacks warmth (or 'coolness' as in the case of Columbia Medical Centre).

Secondly, for its positioning (i.e. kind of rather downmarket compared to Columbia or KPJ Specialist) it is pricey. So, no value for money there.

Thirdly, parking is rather haphazard. Because it is at a corner and the road infront of it is a 2-way street, it's rather dangerous if one's not careful. It's a 2-way road but it's very narrow. So whence parking you have to be careful coz you don't know if a car will swerve into you.

Anyway, net-net position = it's better to have a hospital in your midst rather than not. So, it's useful for the purpose of peace of mind. Whether I will actually go to the hospital or not, is another case altogether.
